Kriya Workshop for internal cleanses

Jala Neti, Soothra neti, Trataka, Naulis extra & hellip, taught. Annadanam (Charity food) can be arranged according to public request.

Pranayama special class.

We teach pranayama in this special class to heal different aliments and get mental strength and to overcome health problems.
