YOGA MEDITATION
What is Yoga?
Yoga is a way towards Divinity with simple living and high thinking. Yoga is way of life. It is an integrated system of education for the body, mind, and inner spirit. Yoga aims at union of the body with the mind. It is simple and easy and can be practiced by any one at any age.
Eight steps in raja yoga is named by Patanjali Rishi :
Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Prathyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadi all disciplines practicing will give success in yogic way of life and the person who practice this 8 limbs become a yogi and get the full knowledge of Divine force and ultimate reality of his own self and universal Divine power which hidden within Yogasanas. Different yogic postures which help in transmitting the life energy, forcefully, will fully distribute to different organs and ladies in the body.
PRANAYAMA :
This is the science of controlling the omnipresent cosmic life force through the special exercises of controlling the breath. The mastery over the universal prana energy gives a victory over all kind of fear.
Meditation :
Meditation is keeping up of an unceasing flow of God-consciousness. Meditation is the cessation of the mind from all thoughts for a long time. Mediation is an effort of a yogi, by his constant practice to realize and express that the pure consciousness is the reflection of God within us. Meditation is the joyful state of mind, when it is perfectly tuned with God. We can overcome all our physical, Mental, and spiritual problems by doing regular meditation minimum half an hour morning and evening. We will be able to store extra Prana in our self, and we will get good health and peace of mind all around.
